It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us.
We are now sending message reminders about your appointments. Please let us know your mobile number so we can confirm your appointment or notify you of any changes.
Your Doctor may refer you to a specialist. It ofen takes a while for this to be processed through the hospital system. Please contact the Surgery if you have not heard anything from the hospital Choice team within 4weeks
Direct Access to Physiotherapist
For certain conditions you can now book an appointment with a physiotherapist instead of a Doctor. To access this service you cannot have previously seen the Doctor with the problem. The physiotherapist can assess:
- Sprains& Strains
- Joint Arthritis
- Back Pain
- Neck Pain
- Trapped Nerves
If you feel that it would be more appropriate to see a physiotherapist instead of a Doctor you can book an appointment at the Surgery. The Physiotherapy Clinics are held at Neston Surgery, Neston Medical Centre and Willaston Surgery
The Surgery is now open from 6.30pm-8.45pm on Monday and Thursday. This is for Routine appointments only. This is not an emergency service or Walk in Centre.
These appointments can be booked by the receptionists at the Surgery
Appointments are also available for patients from other Surgeries. These are booked by receptionists at the patients own Surgery

Named responsible GP
All patients will now have a named "Responsible Doctor" who will act as a point of contact to coordinate your care. To keep this process simple we have made your registered Doctor your Responsible Doctor.
Many patients see other Doctors within the Practice, this is absolutely fine - there is no need to change who you see. The "Responsible Doctor" is more of an administrative role, but they will will work closedly with the Doctor you normally see in helping to coordinate your care.
You can get expert advice and treatment for many Minor ailments from your local Pharmacist
